“Building Bridges of Faith: Embracing God’s Peace for the Next Chapter!”
“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” – Romans 5:1 (KJV)
As Premier Family Life Ministry International, Inc. (PFLMI) enters its 21st year of ministry, we proclaim 2025 as the Year of Peace with God. This milestone marks more than two decades of faithfulness, growth, and transformation through the power of the Gospel. As we celebrate this legacy, we also look ahead with renewed purpose to deepen our relationship with God and experience the fullness of His peace. Please
The Significance of Peace with God
Peace with God is not merely the absence of conflict but the restoration of divine harmony through Jesus Christ. Romans 5:1 (KJV) reminds us, “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
This peace flows from justification, a declaration of righteousness by faith. It reconciles us to God, removing the enmity caused by sin (Colossians 1:20-22) and granting us access to His presence. Ephesians 2:14 (KJV) proclaims, “For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us.”
Celebrating 21 Years of PFLMI: A Legacy of Faith
As we commemorate the start of 21 years of ministry, we declare as Samuel did, “Hitherto hath the LORD helped us” (1 Samuel 7:12, KJV). PFLMI has served as a beacon of light, bringing healing, restoration, and purpose to families and individuals. Like Nehemiah rebuilding Jerusalem’s walls (Nehemiah 6:15-16), we have labored faithfully, trusting God’s provision.
Milestones of Faithfulness
- Preaching the Word – Faithful to 2 Timothy 4:2 (KJV): “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.”
- Restoring Families – Declaring Joshua 24:15 (KJV): “As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”
- Serving Communities – Fulfilling Matthew 25:35 (KJV): “For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in.”
- Equipping Saints – Living out Ephesians 4:12 (KJV): “For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.”
2025: A Call to Peace and Reconciliation
Peace Through Repentance
Acts 3:19 (KJV) calls us to repentance: “Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.” True peace begins with a repentant heart, turning back to God.
Peace Through Prayer
Philippians 4:6-7 (KJV) assures us, “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Illustration: Like Elijah on Mount Carmel (1 Kings 18:41-45), prayer not only brings peace but also releases God’s provision and power.
Peace Through Obedience
Isaiah 48:18 (KJV) reminds us, “O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments! then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea.” Obedience brings lasting peace and prosperity.
Illustration: The Israelites experienced God’s peace when they obeyed His commands (Deuteronomy 28:1-6).
Peace Through Trust
Isaiah 26:3 (KJV) declares, “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.” Trust shifts our focus from earthly concerns to God’s eternal promises.
Illustration: Peter’s experience walking on water (Matthew 14:29-31) teaches us that peace prevails when we fix our eyes on Jesus.
Practical Steps to Walk in Peace
- Seek God Daily
Psalm 119:165 (KJV) says, “Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.” Prioritize prayer, fasting, and meditation on God’s Word.
- Pursue Unity and Forgiveness
Romans 12:18 (KJV) exhorts, “If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.” Forgiveness reflects God’s grace and fosters peace.
- Trust God’s Promises
John 14:27 (KJV) declares, “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” Let God’s promises sustain your faith.
Looking Ahead with Confidence
As PFLMI embarks on its 21st year, we are reminded of Philippians 1:6 (KJV): “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” This year is not only a celebration of past victories but a declaration of faith for future blessings.
May 2025, the Year of Peace with God, be marked by reconciliation, restoration, and revival. Let us stand firm, declaring as David did in Psalm 29:11 (KJV), “The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.”
May God’s peace reign in our hearts and homes as we continue to advance His Kingdom. Amen.
Peace
